About Holo-Body
We make anatomy fun.
Every yoga teacher sat through the anatomy module. Almost nobody enjoyed it: flat diagrams, Latin names, a muscle chart that never quite mapped onto a real body.
Holo-Body puts the body in the room with you, life-size and at your scale. A holographic instructor stands on your mat and holds the pose while you walk around her. Take the skin off: skeleton, organs, and every muscle the pose is asking for, each layer on its own slider. Tap a muscle and it names itself. Open a pose and the cue card tells you where to go, with arrows pointing at the body.
It is built by a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP) for teachers, trainees and anyone who wants to know what their body is doing in a posture.
At launch
- Life-size, in your room: full-colour passthrough on Quest 3 and 3S, or a 360° backdrop.
- Four anatomy layers (skin, muscles, organs, skeleton), a transparency slider for each, and a glass silhouette.
- Muscle function at a tap: what is strengthening, stretching and stabilizing, with anatomical names on the body.
- 27 poses, with search and filters.
- Written cues with blue arrows on the body, and spoken cues.
- Three quizzes: name the pose (English and Sanskrit), find the muscle, name the muscle.
- She breathes and blinks when she arrives in a pose.
- Height-matched to you. Mirror her, move her, scale her.
- Works with any yoga mat. On Quest 3 and 3S, Mat Scan finds your real mat and she stands on it; on Quest 2 you place it by hand. The Holo-Body alignment mat (sold separately) adds printed guides.
Our plan for the first free update: guided flows with voice and music, more poses, and the Android version, with iOS to follow.

“A life-size body stands on your mat and holds the pose while you walk around it. Take the skin off: bones, organs, and every muscle the pose is asking for. A skeleton app launching on Halloween was not the plan, but I’ll take it.”
