Welcome to Holo-Body, an augmented reality yoga app. Please carefully read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using the Holo-Body app. By accessing, registering, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and any updates or changes we make.
2. Description of Service
Holo-Body provides an augmented and mixed-reality experience designed to assist users in practicing and understanding the anatomy and alignment of yoga postures. Features may include visual and audio guided poses, anatomical references including musculoskeletal systems and genitalia, posture corrections, and interactive feedback.
3. Registration and Password Security
Some features of Holo-Body may require user registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Account Security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notification: you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Privacy: any personal data you provide will be treated as per our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
4. Usage Restrictions
Holo-Body is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Holo-Body or any of its contents. Any unauthorized use of Holo-Body may result in termination of your access and legal actions.
5. Limitations and Liability
- Physical Safety: you agree to use Holo-Body at your own risk. Ensure that your physical environment is safe for yoga exercises.
- Not Medical Advice: Holo-Body is not a substitute for professional yoga instruction or medical advice. Please consult a professional if unsure about any poses or exercises.
- Liability Disclaimer: Holo-Body, its affiliates, partners, and employees are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or death that may occur while using the app, participating in the exercises, or as a result of following the app’s guidance.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of Holo-Body may be behind a paywall or require in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions: if you subscribe to a recurring service, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your platform account (e.g., Meta Horizon Store, App Store, Google Play Store) or through the link provided in your welcome email.
- Refunds: all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by local law or by the policies of the store you purchased from. For physical products ordered on our website (such as yoga mats), see our Refund & Shipping Policy.
7. Marketing Participation
By providing your email address, you may choose to receive newsletters and promotional materials. You can opt out at any time via the Unsubscribe link here or in the emails. Opting out of marketing does not terminate your service but will stop promotional communications.
8. Termination
Holo-Body reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any or no reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms will first attempt to be resolved through amicable discussions. If parties cannot resolve, they agree to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of California.
